Body by science review
WebHere is a 90 minute video by one of the authors if you want some insight into what it goes into. I watched this back when it was first released, but don't remember all the details. I haven't read the book, but I've heard someone reference it along with the 4 Hour Body... some similar ideas. Minimum time for maximum results.
