Chirp not working

WebFeb 10, 2024 · There is no Chirp program, no icon on the desk top, nothing accept for a spot in my downloads that indicates chirp is there. If I click on it, the process starts all over again. I got real frustrated last night trying to do, what, on youtube seems to be a really simple program to install. Can someone help here?
