WebFlare works as intended. Eaglehorn was already nerfed before and that was a valid nerd. With the amount of secrets run by mage two flares can sometimes not be enough. As for other classes with secrets it's pretty much a waste using flair since hunters usually have a direct response. Sometimes hunters have tiger stealth and have to use flare.
